Background
Twitter is an American microblogging and social networking service on which users post and interact with messages known as "tweets". Registered users can post, like, and retweet tweets, but unregistered users can only read those that are publicly available.
The Problem
The initial problem that birthed this idea was to solve a problem of bookmarking tweets according to categories. There is an existing bookmarking feature which did not provide such option. I considered that and look for ways to include a feature that allows tweeps bookmark tweets according to preferred categories.

The Approach
- The first step was to draft out the platform’s message, brand tone and market position. I spoke to a coupled of Twitter users and went ahead to analyse the information shared with me to get the information I needed.
- The next step was to develop a concept that meets the needs of the users as well as blends with the brand message. This concept needed to take a stand and communicate something fundamental about the brand.
- The third step was identify the visual language that will relay the concept
- The fourth step was to dive into design and production, create a visual representation of the concept
- The final step was to conduct a usability test with users to get their reaction to the feature and also understand their frustrations while interacting with the feature
